Dear all,
I have CR6 datalogger, before it connect to Loggernet is normal. But once when connecting to download the program with a USB cable, while downloading, an error occurs, then the device does not allow the connection, and the COM port does not appear when the USB cable is plugged in. However, configuring the connection via the LAN port, the settings still see the device, but when connecting, it still does not allow it. (You can see the attached image in the link below).
