No access to LS300 after update of firmware and software

Hi all,

After an update of the firmware/software to version 4.4 of an LS300G, I can't have acess to it using ethernet cable directly connect to a laptop.

Is there something to do for having acess to ACE Manager directly?

This is from one the experts with LS300:  The modem reboots after the firmware upload and it may take a few minutes before the computer gets an IP address from the modem again.  In some cases the computer may not request an IP address again and it will need to be rebooted as well.
