Training courses are a great way to get to know your Campbell product. Whether you are a beginner or a more advanced user our training courses offer something for everyone.
Our courses are designed to enable you to get the most out of your Campbell product, helping you understand and apply the core concepts relating to programming and communicating to and from sensors and systems with a Campbell datalogger.
Combining theoretical discussion with practical hands on programming, you will be able to apply your new found skills in real world scenarios in the safety of a classroom.
Courses follow a standard syllabus but can be customised depending on requirements. Attendees are encouraged to bring along any sensors or dataloggers that are proving problematic to programme offsite so they can be worked on in the classroom. If you have specific training needs, please contact us.
We currently offer two 2-day training courses suitable for users of CR300, CR6, CR800, CR1000, CR1000X or CR3000 data loggers:
This course provides an introduction and overview of how to use LoggerNet software to administer, program and collect data from Campbell dataloggers, you will also learn how to customise a program to suit your specific needs.
This course will provide instruction on how to connect your Campbell datalogger to a communications network. The course covers cell phone modems, ethernet networks and spread spectrum radios, how to connect them to the datalogger and how to program for these devices to provide information over services such as email and FTP.
This course is designed for those people with some prior experience of programming Campbell dataloggers so you’ll either be a prior Campbell user or have attended the Introduction to Dataloggers and CRBasic course and had time to practise.
All courses are held at Campbell’s European HQ in Shepshed, conveniently located close to East Midlands Airport, the M1 and mainline railway stations. It may be possible to hold training in other locations or on your own premises, please contact us for details.
Whilst travel and accommodation is not included in the course fee, we are happy to provide advice on where to stay with options to suit a range of budgets.
